Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By using the Site and any of the Redframe services (even if you're just visiting), you are agreeing to the Terms posted at the time of your visit.
About Us
The Redframe site ("Site") makes it simple to build your website with very little time and effort. Pick a template, add your photos, and you are ready to go.
Our Clients
Our site and services can be used by anyone 14 years of age or older, but some services are only available to registered subscribers ("Subscribers"). You can visit the Site without registering and we will consider you a "User."
Cost and Pricing
- Visitors: There is no cost to visit the Site.
- Trials: There is no cost to register and begin using your free trial account.

Subscribers: These are paid accounts. Prices are described here. If you are a paying user of one of Redframe services, we consider you a "Subscriber." All Terms apply unless explicitly stated..
- Payments, Expirations, Refunds and Cancelations: When you subscribe, Redframe will automatically charge your credit card monthly if you choose to pay month-to-month. You will have to manually renew all other subscription periods depending on your selection.
- Subscribers can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to receive the service you purchased through the end of the paid term. No refund will be provided.
Subscriber Content Limits
Reframe continues to grow at a rapid rate due to our pay-one-price policy. This has been very popular among our clients (Thank you!).
- Content & Storage: Subscribers have no limitations on the number of files or storage space.
- File Uploads: Subscribers may upload up to 10,000 files per month. If that limit is reached, then Redframe reserves the right to prevent furure uploads until the 1st day of the next calendar month.
- Redframe reserves the right to change any limitations at any time.
Limits on Use
- It is a violation of these Terms to disrupt the Site or the way it functions, interfere with other Users' enjoyment of the Site or use the Site to deceive or harass people.
- It is also a violation to scrape the Site, fusker files or otherwise make any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- It is up to Redframe whether to terminate your use for violation of these prohibitions or similar activities.
Other Important Guidelines
- These terms and conditions of use constitute a legal agreement between you and Redframe and govern the use of this website. Please read this agreement before you use this website or upload any image. By using this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
- The entirety of this website is owned and operated by Redframe, and is protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and the Berne Convention. This includes but is not limited to text, design, animation, content, images, graphics, and code. No part of this website may be copied or retransmitted.
- This website is offered "as is" and Redframe, its employees, contractors, content providers, and other representatives express no guarantee or warranty on its use. Redframe will not be liable for any damages arising from use of this website, and you bear all responsibility for any and all costs of repairing or servicing due to use of this website.
- Redframe exerts reasonable efforts to ensure this website is accurate and in working order but makes no guarantee of accuracy or reliability.
- Redframe may link to other websites. Redframe is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of these websites and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of said websites.
- Redframe reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. All revisions will be posted on this website.
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii. All disputes arising under this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration. The venue for arbitration shall be exclusively the Courts of the State of Hawaii in the County of Hawaii in the District of Kona. By using this website you agree to these terms.
- If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect any other clause not influenced by the clause in question and these clauses will remain fully intact. Redframe may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. This is the entire agreement between you and Redframe for use of this website.
